PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system terminal device capable of reporting emergency by only using data communication. SOLUTION: This emergency report system terminal device is provided with an emergency report button 3, an emergency report communication means 8 having a radio data communication function, a microphone 5, a voice digitalizing means 11 for digitalizing an output signal of the microphone 5, and a memory means 10 for storing the output signal from the voice digitalizing means 11. The voice input from the microphone 5 during a certain time before or/and after the time when the emergency report button 3 is pushed is digitalized by the voice digitalizing means 11, and stored in the memory means 10. The digital signal is read out of the memory means 10, and transmitted to an emergency report center 20 by the emergency report communication means 8 by only using a data communication line.
