PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicine having a JNK inhibiting action. SOLUTION: A JNK inhibitor comprises a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein R is a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted; X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are each independently a 2-4C alkylene which may be substituted; X<SP>3</SP>is a direct bond, a 1-5C alkylene which may be substituted or a 2-4C alkenylene which may be substituted; Y is a direct bond or a divalent cyclic group which may be substituted; Q is a direct bond, O, S or NR<SP>1</SP>(R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group which may be substituted); L is a direct bond or C(=O)-NR<SP>2</SP>(R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group which may be substituted and the carbon atom is bound to Y and the nitrogen atom is bound to X<SP>2</SP>); a ring A is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring which may be substituted; n is 0, 1 or 2] or its salt.
