<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte film forming apparatus which easily controls the film thickness of a thermoplastic resin used as an electrolyte film within a range of 10-100 μm and forming the electrolyte film having no pinhole, film thickness uniformity and stable quality, and a film forming method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrolyte film forming apparatus and the film forming method using the same, an easy peel roll part (II) is equipped with two easy peel rolls 11, which are opposed so as to separate/approach each other and have peripheral surfaces to which easy peel treatment capable of controlling the supply amount of the molten thermoplastic resin A discharged from an extruder (I) to the nip between calender rolls 21 and the film thickness of the molten thermoplastic resin A is applied. This roll section (II) is provided between at least one extruder (I) which has a molten resin discharge part 3 due to a die for discharging the molten thermoplastic resin A becoming the electrolyte film, and a calender molding machine (III) wherein the molten thermoplastic resin A discharged from the discharge part of the extruder and easy peel films B comprising a thermoplastic resin B for holding the molten resin A from both surfaces thereof are introduced into the nip between two calender rolls 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
