PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electroconductive fine particles for an anisotropic electroconductive adhesive in which a manufacturing cost can be reduced while the reliability of an electric connection is secured, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The spherical fine particles of a base material having a mean particle size of 1-100μm are respectively covered with metal layers each having a thickness of 0.03-1.0μm. The particles are each made of a polyamide resin (resin of type I) having a structure in which anε-caprolactam and a 10-12C lactam having a non-branched carbon chain are copolymerized, or a polyurethane resin (resin of type II) having a structure in which a 4-6C linear aliphatic diisocyanate and a 8-10C linear aliphatic diol are polymerized or a structure in which a 8-10C linear aliphatic diisocyanate and a 4-6C linear aliphatic diol are polymerized.
