<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for easily manufacturing a catalyst layer-electrolyte membrane layered product, in which an electrolyte membrane part has an area larger than that of a catalyst layer part, and a catalyst layer forming paste composition for manufacturing the transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This paste composition for forming a catalyst layer contains carbon particles 1 carrying a catalyst, a hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte 2, electron beam curing monomer and/or oligomer 3, and a solvent 4. In this transfer sheet for manufacturing the catalyst layer-electrolyte membrane layered product, a plurality of catalyst layers are formed at fixed intervals on one side face of a base material. The transfer sheet is manufactured by forming a paint film formed of the paste composition on one side face of the base material, radiating electron beams to the paint film, and removing an uncured paint film from the transfer sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
