<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust smoke removing device for a diesel vehicle which effectively removes black smoke discharged from a large diesel vehicle or the like by simple equipment, and reusing the black smoke. <P>SOLUTION: On an exhaust pipe of a diesel engine, a flexible duct 16, an auxiliary duct, and a chamber provided with a fin on a tip are provided. A controllable booster fan 6, a double filter, and a carbon sump are provided to be detachable. They are periodically cleaned, and accumulated black smoke is solidified to be used for fuel. For more effectively removing fine grains of exhaust smoke, an electrode plate is disposed in the chamber, a high voltage potential is applied to forcedly attract the fine grains, and these are periodically hit off by a solenoid.
