PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a water permeable structure suitable for laying under a water permeable surface layer as regarding a water permeable pavement structure which does not expose the ground surface in a sidewalk, a park, a garden, a periphery of a building, external gardens of various facilities, etc. and which is excellent in walkability. SOLUTION: A bed rock layer 2 where non metallic granular blast furnace slag discharged from a refuse incineration plant is joined with portland cement to form a porous state is laminated on a group 1. Thereon, an aggregate including granules of natural stone or waste glass cullet is jointed with a polymer resin to form a porous state. In this way, a water permeable pavement structure on which a surface layer 3 as a porous bed is laminated is constructed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
