PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time reservation type heating cooker inhibiting the deterioration of foodstuff by operating a foodstuff cooling means during a standby period for cooking to prevent the breeding of germs and the impairing of eating quality and taste. SOLUTION: This cooker comprises the cooling means inside the storage of the heating cooker, and further comprises a means for operating the cooling means in a prestage before the heating cooking process and a storage stage after cooking, to prevent the deterioration of the foodstuff caused by temperature rising during the standby and after the cooking.
