PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device which can surely control a delicately luminous intensity distribution without difficulty. SOLUTION: The illuminating device includes a reflector (1) having a fixed luminous intensity distribution unit (2) and a movable luminous intensity distribution unit (3) movable to the fixed unit (2), and a controller (4) for controlling the luminous intensity distribution by changing the shape of the unit (3). The reflector (1) has the fixed luminous intensity distribution unit (2) fixed around a lamp (5) and the movable luminous intensity distribution unit (3) movable to the unit (2). The unit (2) and the unit (3) may be formed of the same base materials or different types of materials.
