PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controlling device of an electric mirror that can determine an optimal order to turn the mirror with a simple process and move the mirror promptly to a target position and that is advantageous in cost reduction. SOLUTION: Four quadrants are set by dividing a movable range of a mirror into four with a central vertical axis and a central horizontal axis, the current position of the mirror is shown as a start point and a target position is shown as an end point respectively on the four quadrants, and an order to turn the mirror is determined based on the vector connecting the points and the relationship between the central vertical and horizontal axes.
