<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire system using a communication network positively recovering respondents by resending questionnaires to object people selected per attribute with respect to preliminary questionnaire respondents, and capable of providing information with high usage value to the preliminary questionnaire respondents. <P>SOLUTION: It is characterized by that a server is used having a means for saving a questionnaire creation template set with items for writing required attributes of a questionnaire respondent for creating a questionnaire desired by a questionnaire creator, a means for saving a preliminary questionnaire created by using the questionnaire creation template, a means for displaying the preliminary questionnaire in a terminal of the preliminary questionnaire respondent, a means for instantaneously saving and tabulating responses when they are received and displaying a tabulation result, a means for selecting a respondent of a required attribute desired by the questionnaire creator from respondents responding to the preliminary questionnaire, and a means for notifying information to a terminal of the selected respondent via the communication network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
