ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENT AND CYCLIC AMP PHOSPHODIESTERASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory agent, a cyclic AMP(adenosine 5'-monophosphate) phosphodiesterase inhibitor, skin cosmetics and cosmetological foods/drinks, through finding and using a substance having been unknown to have cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase inhibitory activity so far.

SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory agent and the cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase inhibitor are obtained respectively by including kaempherol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside as the active ingredient. The skin cosmetics and the cosmetological foods/drinks are obtained respectively by formulating the kaempherol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside.
