PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new microreactor in which, when the capacity of enzyme bonded to the inside of a microchannel is reduced, and the efficiency is deteriorated, the enzyme can easily be exchanged with the new one, and it is usable while maintaining excellent efficiency for a long time. SOLUTION: In the microreactor, catalyst molecules are reversibly bonded via a thiol group introduced into the surface of a microchannel. The microreactor is produced by chemically modifying the microchannel composed of a glass, quartz or silica based ceramic, introducing an alkyl silane residue having amino group or hydroxyl group into the surface thereof, and next, reacting the same with mercapto carboxylic acid to form a microchanel surface having a thiol group, thereafter adding enzyme molecules or organic metal complex molecules having a thiol group to cause reaction, and reversibly bonding them.
