Biomass gas fermentation with electricity generator has heated fermentation hose and container with gas bag

A reactor holds a biomass charge that breaks down to methane for the generation of electricity. The reactor is a fermentation hose (1) and a container (10) with a gas storage bag (5). The assembly has a second container (11) with a gas-fuelled piston engine (7) and a generator (8) for heat and energy recovery. The assembly further has a control unit to regulate operation and grid network feed (9). The fermentation hose outer layer is polyethylene. The upper section of the gas collection system (2) has two heating registers. Two flexible polyethylene heating pipes are located within the fermenting biomass. The gas bags are made of polyethylene foil.
