PURPOSE: A process of preparing a microemulsion preconcentrate pharmaceutical composition containing a poorly water-soluble antifungal agent, phosphoric acid, cosurfactant and oil is provided. Whereby, the composition increases the bioavailability of itraconazole by two times or more compared to conventional ones. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical composition contains a poorly water soluble antifungal agent, phosphoric acid, cosurfactant, surfactant and oil in a ratio of 1 : 0.5-15 : 0.5-20 : 0.5-15 : 0.5-15. The poorly water-soluble antifungal solvent such as itraconazole is uniformly dissolved in a phosphoric acid solution and added with a cosurfactant, surfactant and oil. The cosurfactant is transcutol, ethanol or isosorbide.
