SYSTEM FOR CHECKING POSITION OF CHARGING CAR FOR CHARGING COAL INTO COKE OVEN CHAMBER

PURPOSE: A system for checking position of a charging car for charging coal into a coke oven chamber is provided to contribute to improvement of productivity by installing a discrimination means capable of automatically distinguishing charged charging hole from non-charged charging hole according to movement of the charging car. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a discrimination number plate which is arranged on the inner wall of rails(12) correspondingly to position of charging hole so that the charging car(10) is traveled on the rails and rotationally fixed onto a supporting bracket(22) in such a manner that the discrimination number plate is not returned to the original state without an extra external force, and in an upper plate of which a magnet(24) is installed; a catching roll(28) inserted into supporting rod(26) extended downward and vertically bent from a lower part of the discrimination number plate; a position plate(30) which is fixed to the lower surface of the charging car by a fixing rod(32) so that the position plate has size and shape corresponding to the upper plate of the discrimination number plate and is surface contacted with the upper plate of the discrimination number plate, and in which an electromagnet(34) adjusted to generate the same pole as the magnet is installed; and a return lever(40) which is fixed to the lower surface of the charging car with being spaced apart from the position plate, and front and rear parts of which are rounded upward so that the return lever is contacted with the catching roll to screw down the catching roll.
