SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXTRACTING FACE FROM IMAGE BY USING FUZZY COLOR INFORMATION AND MULTI-NEURAL NETWORK

PURPOSE: A system and a method for extracting a face from an image by using the fuzzy color information and a multi-neural network are provided to enhance entire performance of an automated face recognition system by largely improving an image extracting efficiency through an AI(Artificial Intelligence) algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A calculator calculates a non-linear fuzzy membership function and a parameter from an input image. An image division algorithm processor extracts a pure image area from a candidate face are depending on the fuzzy membership function and the parameter. A neural network processor(254) finds out a minutia from the face area by using a multi-dissolving capability and a multi-division image.
