<p>PURPOSE:To deal freely with an electrode substrate for a TN liquid crystal also by possessing a low retardation value without causing an axial slippage, by a method wherein a resin layer for a core is formed on a support film, a non-solvent type setting resin is supplied between the resin layer for the core and a cast film and stiffened. CONSTITUTION:An aimed optical sheet is obtained finaly by a process D: L4=H2/V/H1 by passing through a process A: L1=V or S/V, process B: L2=V/H1/M1 and process C: L3=M2/H2/V/H1/M1. Since a non-solvent type setting resin solutions h1, h2 are constituted so that they are supplied between two sheets of films and made into setting type resin set matter layers H1, H2 under a state wherein the layers of the resin solutions h1, h2 are allowed to place between the both films, thicknesses of the setting type set matter layers H1, H2 can be set up arbitrarily from extremely thin ones up to an extremely thick ones.</p> |
