PURPOSE: A hair line forming apparatus is provided to reduce costs of the hair line forming apparatus by intermittently transporting a metal plate along a longitudinal direction through a first driving motor and a transport roller. CONSTITUTION: A hair line forming apparatus includes a frame(10), a guide rail(12), a plurality of transport rollers(20), a first driving motor(30), a transport frame(40), a hair line forming member(50), and a second driving motor. The frame(10) has a pair of guide rails(12) at both sides of the frame(10). The guide rail(12) is aligned in front and rear directions in parallel. The transport rollers(20) are installed on the frame(40) such that the transport rollers(2) are parallel to the guide rail(12). The transport frame(40) is installed in an upper side of the guide rail(12). The first motor(30) is fixed to the frame(10) and connected to the transport roller(20).
