POWER AMPLIFIER FOR IMPROVING HIGH-ORDER HARMONIC RESTRAINT FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A power amplifier for improving a high-order harmonic restraint function is provided to reduce the loss of signals and improve a harmonic restraint function by using a multi-layer substrate to form additionally a parallel resonant circuit. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier for improving a high-order harmonic restraint function includes a PA circuit unit and a matching circuit unit. The PA circuit unit(41) is installed on the first board of a multi-layer board. The multi-layer board is formed with the first to the third boards. The PA circuit unit is used for amplifying the power of transmission signals. The matching circuit unit(42) includes an LC parallel resonant circuit installed between the PA circuit unit and the next stage of an antenna unit in order to set up a resonant frequency of the LC parallel resonant circuit as a spurious wave.
