PLASTIC WOOD PATTERN MARBLE TILE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plastic wood pattern marble tile and a preparation method thereof are provided to obtain a marble tile having the excellent durability and the natural wood pattern marble effect. CONSTITUTION: The floor covering is characterized by a composition type which a base chip(1) and at least one color chips(2) are mixed wherein the chips are bonded in a through form penetrated from the surface to backside and the wood pattern marble is formed by the color chip. The base chip comprises 100 wt.% of poly vinyl chloride resin having the degree of polymerization of 800 to 1700; 30 to 50 wt.% of dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer; 300 to 650 wt.% of a filler; 2 to 6 wt.% of barium-zinc based compound as a heat resistant stabilizer; 2 to 10 wt.% of processing aids; 5 to 10 wt.% of lubricants; and a pigment.
