PURPOSE: A circular steel plate, as special for preventing a crack in concrete, is provided to prevent a crack in concrete by dispersing the strength causing a crack evenly on a circular steel plate. CONSTITUTION: The circular steel plate, as special for preventing a crack in concrete, comprises the steps of cutting a portion of a circular steel plate(20) to form an opening(22), installing supports(23) on both sides of the opening(22), forming a space(21) in a circular steel plate(20) provided with through holes(26) and fasteners(24), connecting a support shaft(25) to a fastener(24) at an 25 millimeter interval in multistage, binding up the corner and one third spot of length and breath of a form before placing concrete with a through hole(26) of a support(23) using a nail, and placing and curing concrete into a form to prevent a crack in concrete.
