PURPOSE: Outsole and midsole of a sports shoe for balancing a hitting pause and the sports shoe provided with at least one thereof are provided to make a foot face inward by having a region elastically depressible by the ball of the sole of the foot. CONSTITUTION: In a sports shoe for balancing a hitting pause provided with an outsole(10) and a midsole, the outsole(10) includes: a hard outsole body(11) constituting the lateral bottom of the sports shoe; a cushion material insertion groove being partitioned off and formed on the top surface of the outsole body(11) so as to correspond to the ball region of the foot sole; and a cushion material(14) inserted into and attached to the cushion material insertion groove(11) so as to extend to the top surface of the outsole body(11).
