PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a stable copper phthlaocyanine pigment, which has excellent coloring power and dispersibility and represents non-flocculation and non-crystallization in a system to which it is applied, in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a stable beta-copper phthalocyanine blue pigment comprises the steps of: dry-milling copper phthalocyanine(CuPc) blue crude to obtain finely divided powder; adding a solvent and a CuPc derivative to the powder; and wet-milling the mixture. In the method, the finely divided powder comprises 5-80 wt% of alpha-copper phthalocyanine. Additionally, the solvent used in the wet-milling step is an aliphatic acid selected from the group consisting of 2-hydroxyhexanoic acid, oleic acid, caprylic acid and a mixture thereof, or an alcohol or polyol selected from the group consisting of diethylene glycol, monoethylene glycol. propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol. |
