摘要 PURPOSE: A 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system and a chip scale marker are provided to oscillate selectively laser beams of two wavelengths by using only one laser resonator. CONSTITUTION: A 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system includes a laser resonator, a secondary harmonic wavelength module, and a plurality of reflectors. The laser resonator(101) is used for oscillating a laser beam. The secondary harmonic wavelength module(113) is used for receiving the laser beam from the laser resonator and generating the secondary harmonic wavelength. The reflectors(102,114) are arranged between the laser resonator and the secondary harmonic wavelength module in order to reflect the laser beam of the laser resonator. The 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system oscillates the laser beam of 1064 nanometer when the reflectors are installed at the 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system. The 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system oscillates the laser beam of 532 nanometer when the reflectors are removed from the path of the 1064/532 nanometer wavelength laser system.
