PURPOSE: A structure for regulating the yoke gap of a steering system for a vehicle is provided to accurately regulate the gap between a support yoke and a rack bar by applying a groove formed at a yoke cylinder and a stopper inserted into the groove, to improve work efficiency and to contribute automation of a line. CONSTITUTION: The structure for regulating the yoke gap of a yoke of a steering system for a vehicle is composed of a support yoke(4) slidingly installed in and a yoke plug(6) screw-combined to a yoke cylinder(2) of a rack housing(1), respectively; a spring(5) disposed between the support yoke and the yoke plug and compressed and extended in fastening or unfastening the yoke plug to regulate the gap of the support yoke for the rack bar; grooves(2a) formed on the wall of the yoke cylinder corresponding to the maximum fastening position of the yoke plug for compressing the spring to optimally approach the support yoke to the rack bar(3); and stoppers(7) for limiting the movement of the yoke plug in fastening the yoke plug inserted into the groove.
