摘要

The VFD prevents the bending of filament and provides the good luminance by decreasing the length of filament to half comparing to the previous length. The electrode (3) is formed on the lower substrate (2). The grid (4) and the filament (10) are formed on the electrode in sequence. The reinforcing board (6) is set in center of the lower substrate in the same height as the side glass (8) of upper substrate (7). The filaments are separated by the filament holder set left/right of the reinforcing board.
