PURPOSE: A method for processing a DTMF tone generation request is provided to store digit information requested by a user in a buffer and to generate all DTMF tones according to set standards of a system. CONSTITUTION: A system checks DTMF tone length(ST101). The system reads volume and duration(ST102). The system reads digit length(S103). The system confirms the number of digits(ST104). If the number of digits is one, the system increases a buffer value by 1(ST106). The system stores next digit information in a buffer(ST107). If the number of digits is not the one, the system stores the digit length in the buffer(ST105). The system reads a DTMF mode(ST108). The system controls DTMF volume(ST109). The system generates an output packet(ST110).
