PURPOSE: An apparatus for collecting and conveying a test sample is provided to allow a worker to automatically collect and convey the test sample by using a wire rope and a crane. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting and conveying a test sample includes a test sample collecting box(300). The test sample collecting box(300) is provided at an inner portion thereof with a shock damping plate(301) equipped with a damping spring(303) and a spring fixing bolt(302). The test sample collecting box(300) is coupled to a rotating body(309), which is rotated by means of a rotating shaft(305) extending by passing through a lower center portion of a moving box(409). The rotating body(309) includes a first pinion(308a), and a second pinion(308) engaged with the first pinion(308a).
