PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity adjusting building material excellent in anti-fouling and having durability capable of being used for a floor board or the like for a long period. SOLUTION: The humidity adjusting building material 1 comprises a humidity adjusting plate 4, a finished material 2 fixed on the surface of the humidity adjusting plate 4 and a rubber plate 6 fixed on the back of the humidity adjusting plate 4. The humidity adjusting plate 4, the finished material 2 and the rubber plate 6 are fixed by means of a spot bonding of an adhesive or a double faced tape or the like. A moisture permeable water-proofing joint sealing material 8 having moisture permeability and water proofing property is mounted on the adjoining end faces 2 of the finished material 2.
