PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine equipped with an electromagnetic intake/exhaust valve which suppresses variation of intake air amount with every cylinder, enables high-precision fuel injection control, and realizes stable combustion. SOLUTION: The control device is equipped with a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine equipped with the electromagnetically driven intake valve in every cylinder, an individual cylinder intake air amount means detecting an intake air amount for every cylinder of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, an individual cylinder correction intake air amount calculation means calculating a correction intake air amount for every cylinder based on the intake air amount to be detected for every cylinder, and an opening valve operation change means changing the opening valve operation of the electromagnetically driven intake valve for every cylinder based on the individual cylinder correction intake air amount to be calculated.
