<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reception device capable of following fluctuation of a transmission path characteristic in a slot and improving reception performance. <P>SOLUTION: A TSC transmission path estimation part 108, a tip TB transmission path estimation part 110 and a rear end TB transmission path estimation part 112 estimate the transmission path characteristics in a TSC zone A, a tip TB zone B and a rear end TB zone C. Estimation parts for number of taps 114, 116 and 118 estimate the number of taps in the respective zones based on the respective estimated transmission path characteristics. A first half data demodulation control part 120 and a latter data demodulation control part 122 generate control signals for controlling a demodulation processing in a demodulation part 124 based on the number of the estimated taps. The demodulation part 124 demodulates a reception signal obtained from a reception signal memory 106 in accordance with the respective generated control signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
