<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid which can avoid imperfect insulation of the solenoid even if moisture invades through cracks or the like of molded resin. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid is provided with a lead line 5 wherein a core wire 5b is wrapped with coating 5a, a magnet wire 3 which is prolonged from a coil and wrapped with insulation coating, a terminating part 2 wherein the magnet wire 3 is connected with the core wire 5b of the lead line 5, and molding resin 4 which wraps the terminating part 2 and insulates it, and applies a current through the lead line 5. In the solenoid, a bag-shaped insulation cap 1 is arranged which sticks to the coating 5a of the lead line 5 and the magnet wire 3, and wraps the terminating part 2. After the insulation cap 1 is capped on the terminating part 2, the molding resin 4 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
