PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb and remove electric power pollution such as high-frequency spikes and surges caused by the switching of an inductive load or the like. SOLUTION: Respective waveform shaping filters are connected between three-phase power lines 40 to 44 and a neutral line 46, and a fuse and a coaxial amorphous toroidal inductor are connected to a low-pass filter 22 in series. The filter includes a capacitor, a varistor connected to the capacitor in parallel, and a magnetic core inductor which is connected to the capacitor and the varistor in parallel and is connected to each other in series. A lamp may be connected to a resistor and a magnetic core inductor in series. In the case of delta three-phase AC connection, respective waveform shaping filter is disposed in a phase line.
