PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a liquid agent simply and rapidly in an applicator. SOLUTION: The applicator 10 is constituted so as to seal the liquid agent L and a coating member 20 in a container 11. In this applicator 10, both side parts of the coating member 20 impregnated with the liquid agent L are held to a container 11 in such a state that the container 11 having an opening port 18 on its folding line is folded up and the back surface of the coating member 20 is backed up by the folding ridge line of the container 11 while the front of the coating member 20 is exposed to the outside through the opening port 18 of the container 11.
