PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the re-play charge for re-playing a game in compliance with the equivalent exchange prescribed as a rule in a law applied in exchanging a game medium with a prize by making the total number of reserved balls equal to the number of balls to be actually put out. SOLUTION: The number of acquired game media by a customer is counted and recorded by customer ID. The re-play charge for allowing the number of reserved game media to be dispensed again to play a game is collected from the information on the paid cash or from the frequency, valuable information, for receiving dispensed game media, or from both of them.
