PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength against a horizontal force along a floor beam cutoff surface by strengthening a fixing structure to a foundation of column bases of mutually opposing columns on the floor beam cutoff surface of a building unit. SOLUTION: In this foundation fixing structure of the building unit 1, a floor beam small piece 40 arranged on the column bases of the mutually opposing columns 10 on the floor beam cutoff surface 2 and a floor beam 20 arranged on the column bases so as to cross the floor beam small piece 40, are joined to the foundation 3, and upper-lower flanges of the floor beam small piece 40 and floor beam 20 are connected by opening preventive reinforcing plates 44, 45 and 24.
