<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of the input of numerical data by a spin button. <P>SOLUTION: A time lapse after the depression of a spin button and an increasing/decreasing value being the fluctuation of a set value per unit time are increased, and when the increasing/decreasing value is turned to be the maximum value, the set value is changed with the maximum value afterwards. Then, when the set value reaches the fixed point of a preliminarily set value in the middle, the change of the set value is temporarily stopped only by an applied stop period T stop, and an operator is allowed to confirm the value of the current set value.
