PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inclusion of pebbles and sediment between a diaphragm, a piston, and a shell. SOLUTION: The end portions of a cylindrical diaphragm 3 are connected to the piston 1 and the shell 2 to be formed airtight by an inside/outside reversed attitude at the intermediate part. The cylindrical outer tube 4 fitted to the shell 2 and restricting the radially increasing deformation of the diaphragm 3 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the diaphragm 3 in the inside/outside reversed attitude. The entire part of the outer tube 4 is formed of a bellows extending/retracting member 5, and the loose end of the extending/retracting member 5 is connected to a piston mounting member 7.
