PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene composition having excellent stiffness, impact strength at a low temperature and blocking resistance as well as good transparency and outer appearance; and to prepare a film consisting of the same. SOLUTION: The polypropylene composition comprises 20-80 wt.% of a propylene copolymer (A) having a polymer part obtained from a monomer composed mainly of propylene and a copolymer part obtained from propylene and ethylene, containing≥5 wt.% and <30 wt.% of a 20°C xylene-soluble portion and satisfying a specific relation between the limiting viscosity of the 20°C xylene-soluble portion and the limiting viscosity of a 20°C xylene-insoluble portion, and 20-80 wt.% of a propylene polymer (B) obtained from a monomer composed mainly of propylene, wherein a specific relation between the limiting viscosity of the propylene copolymer (A) and the limiting viscosity of the propylene polymer (B) is satisfied.
