<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution, to reduce a size and to improve assembling workability and an economical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A first separator 14 is integrally constituted of a passage member 48 made of resin and a member 46 made of metal, and a second separator 16 is integrally constituted of a passage member 72 made of resin and a member 70 made of metal. A cooling medium channel 62 is formed in an electrically cut-off state from an electrolyte film/electrode structure 18 between the members 48 and 72.
