PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker unit drive negative feedback amplifier for current driving while reducing influences of a phase and a counter-electromotive force based upon the fact that a driving force of a speaker unit is in proportion to a current flowing in the unit and the phase. SOLUTION: In the speaker unit drive negative feedback amplifier, a speaker unit 2 is used as a part of a negative feedback circuit network, and negative feedback is sufficiently fed. Further, an impedance element Z13 serially connected thereto is set to approximately the same value as that of the speaker unit. Thus, the negative feedback circuit network is used to stabilize phase characteristics and to improve its potential. Besides, output impedance to the speaker unit is made low in spite of current driving, a damping effect is improved and the influence of the counter-electromotive force is eliminated, thereby solving problems in driving of the speaker unit drive negative feedback amplifier.
