Device for controlling enteral alimentation comprises a dimensionally stable or slightly deformable reservoir (1) containing an alimentation suspension (2) and a specific air space (3), which is connected via a sealing device (4) to the feed line (8) leading to the patient. The sealing device is provided with a right-angled tube having one part (5a) protruding into the reservoir and another part (5b) protruding outward out of the sealing device, having an air inlet hole (5c), and which can be completely or partly closed by an air inlet screw (6). A drip chamber (7) serves as a connection to the feed line. Preferred Features: The reservoir is made of glass or a hard plastic. The drip chamber is made of a transparent plastic.
