PURPOSE:To made the baking and shrinking directions and amounts of a green sheet uniform and to prevent crack due to stress concentration by forming the green sheets in which predetermined slits are radially provided from the vicinity of the profile of a board area to the end face of its outer periphery, laminating and baking them. CONSTITUTION:Slits 13 formed at one end in an arcuate state and opened at the other from the vicinity of the profile of a board area 2a to the end face of its outer periphery are formed at a green sheet 11 having a reduced thickness and printed with a connecting VIA 11a in the board and a conductor pattern 11b. Accordingly, the forming and machining are facilitated, the roughness of the side face is improved, and a stress stored in a laminate 14 at the time of pressing is dispersed or vanished due to the deformation of the slits 13. Thus, the baking and shrinking directions and amounts of the sheets 11 are made uniform, and crack due to stress concentration can be prevented. |
