<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of payment using exchange tickets by making a desk-top order terminal accept electronic exchange tickets held in a personal digital assistant that a customer has in an ordering and payment system of a restaurant etc. <P>SOLUTION: An order terminal 2 which allows input of order information regarding orders for menu items is provided with an information communication part 37 and electronic exchange ticket information is received from the personal digital assistant 101. The received electronic exchange ticket information is stored by a storage means in a first storage part that a control station 7 is equipped with. For payment at a POS terminal 6, a payment processing means performs payment processing while handling the money value that the electronic exchange ticket information stored in the first storage part has for the payment.
