<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reasonably notifying stockout information to individual sales persons and its system, and a computer program. <P>SOLUTION: The stockout information notifying system comprises a key computer 6 for performing key processing such as commodity inventory management and order receiving management, a stockout information notifying terminal 1 for creating stockout information notifying e-mails, and cell phones 23 carried by individual sales persons and having e-mail receiving/browsing functions. The key computer 6 sets aside inventory in accordance with order receiving information received from the sales persons, extracts stockout commodities which are out of stock, searches customers to whom the stockout commodities are delivered, extracts the sales persons responsible for the customers, and transmits specified information for the stockout commodities and the sales persons to the stockout information notifying terminal 1. The stockout information notifying terminal 1 executes transmission of e-mails including the stockout information to e-mail addresses of the cell phones 23 carried by the individual sales persons in accordance with the received information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
