PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly start a stopping vehicle by controlling torque outputted from a plurality of power source. SOLUTION: The torque control device is a control device for controlling the torque of the vehicle including an engine 102 in which transmission of the torque to a driving wheel 148 is switched by a clutch 160; a second MG (motor generator) 108 provided at a driving wheel side of the clutch 160; and a brake 146 for carrying out hill hold control. The device includes an output control computer 1000 for releasing the hill hold control when a sum of the transmission torque of the clutch 160 and the output torque outputted from the second MG 108 arrives at a predetermined first value.
