<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor and operation management device for a total construction site for understanding the operation of each worker in a total construction site and relieving a labor manager and a site manager of the burdens of managing labor, and each worker of their labor, while enabling each operation to be input correctly and quickly. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal (PDA) via which the operation related to labor in a total construction site is provided. Based on operation data input from this input terminal, management data related to a variety of total construction labor are directly sent from the input terminal via the Internet to a host computer in a different location and subjected to centralized control. A table showing the total construction site operations and corresponding barcodes is provided.
