According to the invention, at least one further impedance may be switched by at least one switching means (22), parallel to and/or in series with the first impedance (Z1) and/or the second impedance (Z2), whereby a control connection, for the at least one switching means (22), is connected to a switching logic circuit (24), the switching state of which may be changed, depending on an instantaneous operating state for the power semiconductor component (2). The transmission properties of a control circuit for the power semiconductor component can thus be matched to various instantaneous operating states.
