PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a detailed response in a quick manner while reducing conveyance equipment. SOLUTION: In a slurry shield method, slurry A is supplied into a chamber 12 of a shield machine 14 via a mud supply line 20; excavated sediment is taken into the chamber 12 by the excavation of the shield machine 14; and a part of a mixed fluid B, wherein the slurry A and the excavated sediment are mixed together, is discharged outward from inside the chamber 12 via a mud discharge line 22 while facing a cutting face by using the pressure of the mixed fluid B. A back-filling device 42 is installed in a tunnel 18; the slurry A or the mixed fluid B1 and a mixed material D are supplied to the device 42; and a back-filling material C is injected into the backside of a segment 16. The slurry A or the mixed fluid B1 is extracted from any one of an arbitrary position (1), in the tunnel 18, of the line 20 for supplying the slurry A to the chamber 12, an arbitrary position (2) of a bypass line 30 for circulating the slurry A, and an arbitrary position (3) of a recirculation line 38.
